Lend me a couch! Or two trees!

I've had a lot of friends tell me they have friends whom I could stay with on my tour. I really appreciate this, but unfortunately I didn't do a good job of keeping track of it. So this is a way for you to let me know (again) about it.

I've got a hammock tent, so all I need is a pair of trees, and I'll be happy. I also will happily sleep on couches.
